As part of the CAMP-ing Days workshop, Benjamin Krueger, Senior Applications Scientist XRD, from Bruker AXS will be presenting on advanced XRD methods available to Clarkson University researchers. Discussion will focus on the newly installed Bruker D8 Advanced and its capabilities such as phase analysis, phase fraction quantification, Rietveld methods, texture analysis, and residual strain measurements. Special topics considered will include nanoparticles, concrete/cement analysis, and metallurgical studies.
