The Position Evaluation Request Form (PERF) has been moved into PeopleSoft to facilitate the ease of requesting new positions, title changes, and requests to fill vacant roles. Additionally, PeopleSoft will also notify a hiring manager/requestor once a decision around viability of a change/request has been made by Position Control.
