May is Mental Health Awareness Month
Human resources is happy to announce that Alexa Backus Chase, Director St. Lawrence County Youth Bureau will be here to present on QPR which stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer a suicide prevention training. This training teaches people without professional mental health backgrounds to recognize the signs that someone may be considering suicide, establish a dialogue, and guide the person to seek professional help. Learn how to save a life!

Each attendee will receive a certificate of completion at the end of training. Space is limited to 40 people.
Zoom link will be provided for remote employees, CRC and Beacon campuses only. Potsdam employees should plan on attending in-person.
