Good Knight – Bradford Engborg ’90

As we work through a challenging time – each of us focusing on doing all the right things in the face of uncertainty – your extended Clarkson family is thinking of you.

Each evening, we hope to share a story of good things, Good Knights, as a way to remind each of us that, despite the realities of our challenging days, good things are still happening.  We will look for short stories highlighting members of the Clarkson community demonstrating the values we all share – integrity, teamwork, humility and a commitment to making the world a better place.

Bradford Engborg ’90 has an interesting job. Bradford manages a team clearing photographic rights for a variety of National Geographic/Disney publishing products including magazines, books and especially online content, making sure the images being used with the stories and chosen by editors are cleared for use with the photographers who created the images. The COVID-19 coverage is drawing heavy online traffic and driving many conversations on social media.

In the month of March, content managed by Bradford had 35 million global unique visitors and 21 million U.S. and Canada unique visitors. His team also launched a new site called @Home during this time for families to inspire their children with daily new daily fun projects, videos and learning platforms, it can be found here if you are looking for something to do with your young ones: https://www.nationalgeographic.com/family/at-home-education-resources/
