Thank you to those who have your courses all set and ready to rock in Moodle! We, in the TLC, do a little happy dance every time we open a course and see it is ready and looking great for students! Find below a few last-minute items should you need help.

Last-minute helpful tips:

1. Help! I need a lot of help!
   Send an email to helpdesk@clarkson.edu with your question and our team will respond.
2. Help! My course isn’t in Moodle yet.
   Instructions to Request your course so it gets added to Moodle from PeopleSoft Faculty Center
3. Help! I don’t know how to add my syllabus and instructor bio to the My Quick Resources block in Moodle.

4. Help! I need to import content from the last time I taught this course into my fall section.

5. Help! I need to set up or hide the Zoom and Class Recordings/Lectures links on my course homepage.

   ***If you don’t need to use the Zoom and Class Recordings/Lectures, simply delete them or hide them from students. The yellow highlighted note is hidden from students by default. To hide or delete, click Edit to the right of each of the links and choose Hide or Delete. Otherwise, students will click on these links and they will go nowhere or think that you’re having Zoom meetings when you aren’t.

6. Help! What is the latest Masking information that needs to go in my syllabus?
   On August 26, 2021, Provost Hannigan provided the following statement to replace what was previously in the institutional syllabus template. Please update accordingly.
   Masking With regard to wearing masks, Clarkson is following the guidance and requirements of the State of New York.  As of the time of writing this syllabus, mask wearing in classrooms will be required for the first few weeks of class. You will be notified when the university moves to its next phase and the guidance from CDC and St. Lawrence County Public Health indicates vaccinated individuals do not have to wear masks inside. You should have a mask with you at all times.
