Volunteers can experience our world-class winter sports venues, participate in our highly anticipated FISU World Conference- Save Winter: The Intersection of Climate Change and Winter Sports, and leave a tremendous impact on the legacy of the Games by setting the new standard for sustainability in spectator sporting events.

The conference will take place January 13-15 at the Lake Placid Center for the Arts, and features appearances from some of the most prominent advocates of sustainability and climate justice, including Bill McKibben, Aaron Mair, Nathan Chen, Mike Richter, Justine Nagan, and so many more! Students are encouraged to attend in-person or virtually.

We hope to see you at the conference and games! We’re very excited to show the world How New York Does Winter!
