Have you recently entered a service request/work order with Facilities & Services (FAS) and wanted to know its status or wanted to communicate that you need it to be completed sooner? On the FAS webpage, the Priority Flow Chart Diagram is available which explains how priorities are determined, but in addition, there are daily meetings held with various university representatives, in which feedback is given to assist in the prioritization. If you have any questions, or need to relay an urgent need for an existing request, we encourage you to reach out to your department representative or RA (for residential students) to review and assist in determining the priorities of open work orders. This helps us serve all areas of campus to the best of our abilities.
