Guidance on Paying Work-Study Students Remotely

Work-Study Supervisors Based on the COVID-19 national emergency, federal work-study (FWS) students are allowed to work remotely until further notice.  Students may work their regular number of scheduled hours and record their time and hours worked using the regular procedure in e-Time (PeopleSoft HR).  Managers are responsible for ensuring that each student completes assigned work.

It is with more than a heavy heart that we share that Past Trustee Walt Robb has passed away.  Trustee Robb, who fell ill last week, is the first confirmed fatality in the Capital Region from the global COVID-19 pandemic.  His wife, Anne, is also believed to be impacted by the disease.  The Times Union
