The Good, The Bad & The Ugly: Tips for Evaluating Sources Workshop

Dear Clarkson Students,

The Clarkson University Libraries will continue our fall workshop series Oct. 24 at 5pm in Rowley Lab 142 or remotely by Adobe Connect with The Good, The Bad & The Ugly: Tips for Evaluating Sources. (To attend remotely please click here.)

What is the difference between a scholarly source and a news source? What is peer review? How do I evaluate sources I find on the web?

This workshop will help answer these questions and ensure you are using the best sources for your next research project.

Other planned workshop topics include:

Getting Published & Avoiding Predatory journals

Finding images and multi-media for presentations.
