This survey is intended to seek out people in the Clarkson community with dietary needs and/or restrictions (for example: allergies, vegetarian, gluten-free, kosher, halal, vegan, etc.) and hear about their experiences with dining at Clarkson. This questionnaire is part of a study to fulfill a course requirement for Documenting Social Activism, HIST/COMM 332, and is for instructional purposes only. It has no official University sponsorship or affiliation. Participation in this survey is voluntary.
