Join SHAC in 30-minute workshops to assist yourself with techniques for stress reduction during the end of the Spring Semester. We are hosting the following three events: Monday, 4/29 at 1pm: Mindfully Drinking Tea. Tuesday, 4/30, @ 11 am: Nature Visualization, and Thursday, 5/2, @ 1 pm: Mindful Music and Movement, Guided Meditation

All events will be held at the DEI graduate lounge in the Student Center.
