NOTICE FOR STUDENT WORKERS
If you are leaving campus before the May 10th pay day, the Payroll Office will mail your check to you if we receive a written request. Email requests will be accepted. Please include your student number and the address you would your check mailed. Send your request to payroll@clarkson.edu.
All undergraduate student payroll checks will be held for pick-up in the Payroll office during the summer. Paychecks may be picked up after 8 a.m. on payday.
Direct Deposit is available to student workers. We can directly deposit your paycheck to any bank or credit union in the United States. For more information on direct deposit, please call the Payroll Office at 315-268-6664 or stop by 110 Graham Hall.
Undergraduate student workers will have FICA tax (7.65%) withheld from their wages May 5th through August 24th. Non-resident alien students with F-1 or J-1 visas will be exempt from FICA tax.
