Final Exam Procedures

The following applies to all courses on the Semester Calendar:

Fall semester 2019 final exams are scheduled December 16th – December 20th, 2019. 

This is a reminder of the procedure you may follow in the event of a delayed final exam. If for any reason you are asked to vacate the examination room, the examination papers will be collected by the faculty member or instructional staff as the students leave. 

If the Faculty/Instructional staff desires, the exam may be rescheduled in the originally scheduled room on Friday, December 20, 2019 3:15 – 6:15 pm; 7:00 – 10:00 pm, or Saturday, December 21, 2019.  You should inform your students of your choice of actions as they exit the room.

The grades will continue to be submitted in PeopleSoft by the usual deadline; but if that should prove to be impracticable, the faculty/instructional staff will need to work with the Registrar’s Office to determine a reasonable due date for submitting the grades.
