The Governor has issued a new executive order, EO 202.17 effective at 8 p.m. on Friday, April 17, 2020 that any individual who is over age two and able to medically tolerate a face-covering shall be required to cover their nose and mouth with a mask or cloth face-covering when in a public place and unable to maintain, or when not maintaining, social distance. Attached are a do-it-yourself face covering and U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Jerome Adams also made a video tutorial on how to make your own.
Clarkson is also still looking for cloth masks to share with students living on campus. Use your Clarkson volunteer time to help to make masks for those Clarkson students remaining on campus.
