Mandatory Annual Training 2020-2021

Hello Clarkson Employees,

This is in continuation to the past communications on the Mandatory Annual Training 2020-2021. The EVERFI Training course on Diversity: Inclusion in the Modern Workplace was assigned to all on September 1, 2020 through the EVERFI training system and many of you have completed it. For those who have not been able to complete it yet, you will continue to receive reminders until you have completed the training.

Going forward, the following two courses will be assigned to you:

·  Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination

·  Accommodating Disabilities 

We will also hold community online meetings to debrief and engage in meaningful discussion of the different topics discussed in these courses. These programs will assist  our employees in becoming more aware and to motivate positive behaviors and attitudes that are essential for creating and maintaining a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace where we all have a sense of belonging. We hope to promote a healthier, more productive and a more successful campus environment for everyone.

  • Technical issues email the Clarkson Helpdesk at helpdesk@clarkson.edu.
  • Moodle or EverFi Learning Portal(s) usage, access issues or training email Human Resources at Clarksonhr@clarkson.edu.
  • Any departments that have employees without access to a computer please email Clarksonhr@clarkson.edu to arrange for group training/computer access for those employees.

Step 1: You will receive an email with a message from EVERFI. Please read the message and click the Login tab to access the learning system.

Step 2: Once you open the learning system, click on the Clarkson Login tab 

Step 3: You will be able to access your assigned course(s) and complete them now.
