Staff Performance Evaluations

COVID -19 has temporarily changed where and for some, how we do our work.  We understand that this is not a typical year, however we will continue to move forward with the performance evaluation cycle.

The performance evaluation process has not changed. It begins with a self-assessment and then a discussion with your manager that reviews your performance. This year as you complete your self-evaluation, reflect on how you were challenged to think differently to complete your job duties and maybe duties that you have never had to perform before. Take this opportunity to acknowledge the hard work you have put into it.

Please continue to use the electronic evaluation form in PeopleSoft HR 9.2 (under Navigator – Self Service – CU Employee Evaluation – Employee Evaluation Form) to complete and submit your self-assessments.

Please note the following dates for completion:

Staff Evaluations · November 2, 2020 – November 24, 2020. Self-assessments can be completed and submitted anytime within this timeframe in PeopleSoft HR 9.2 (under Navigator – Self Service – CU Employee Evaluation – Employee Evaluation Form).

Manager Reviews with employees: All reviews with managers must be completed and submitted no later than December 14, 2020.
