Job Title – Student phonathon caller – Knightline
Job Description – For fiscal year 2021, The Clarkson Knightline Phonathon is offering online jobs for excellent pay plus bonuses and the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience. Now you can be a CU Ambassador by joining the Knightline team which contacts more than 20,000 alumni, parents and friends of the university to update personal and business information and to invite them to participate in building and sustaining CU’s future. Applicants must be able to communicate clearly and effectively over the telephone. Must be enthusiastic about Clarkson.
- All calling and training is done online
- Callers have the option of calling all through break and straight through to the end of the spring semester
- Callers need to use their own cell phones – we do not call anyone outside the USA
- Callers need to use their own laptop
- Callers need a safe, quiet and secure place to make calls that has adequate internet
- Callers need to work a minimum of two shifts per week but can work up to 6
Calling shift hours are as follows:
Monday – Thursday 6:00 to 9:00 PM
Sunday 1:00 to 4:00 PM & 5:00 to 8:00
