This semester we will have sessions addressing: mental health, spiritual health, sexual health, physical health, and culturally relevant veganism. Every other Friday starting on Friday 5 Feb. we will host a different session.

WORKSHOP:
This 30-minute workout session will take you on a journey across Africa exploring modern dance crazes. We’ll also discuss how to find culturally relevant self-care options and Rachael will share what role physical health and dance have played in her personal self-care practice and journey.
