Small Change, Big Impact: Our New Marketing Request Form

We in the Publications team are excited to introduce a new intake form, which will help us to track and manage our print and digital design projects more efficiently — and ultimately serve you better. 

To request any marketing help, please still go to clarkson.edu/publicity. If you select (name of print/digital promotional button), you’ll be taken to the new, separate intake form specifically for Publications projects. 

Nothing has changed on the intake forms for other types of requests (e.g., for public relations, photography or video projects).

This new system allows you to attach multiple files and select more than one “component” for more complex requests. 

As with the previous intake form, you’ll need to provide a budget number for any project requiring outside expenses, such as printing costs, and a clear direction for who the audience is and what the content should be.

Once you submit the form, you’ll receive confirmation that your project has been received and who has been assigned to work on it. We look forward to continuing to produce high-quality work that advances the goals of Clarkson.
