Welcome to Fall Semester 2021! Below is the schedule for the ERC Package Distribution and
Student Center Mailroom for the fall semester. The distribution area in the ERC is now located
on the 2 nd floor across from the Career and International Center.
Please note that we will be extending hours of package pickup for the first two weeks
(8/30-9/10) to allow for the increase of packages we receive at the start of each semester.
The hours are listed at the end of this notice. Saturday hours will not begin for the
Package Distribution Center until 9/18.
Fall Semester Hours of Operation:
ERC Package Distribution Hours:
Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays – 7:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Wednesdays & Fridays – 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Saturdays – 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.*
- Saturday hours will begin 9/18 and will be closed during holidays and breaks.
Student Center Mailroom Hours:
Monday through Friday – 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
Closed Saturdays.
Extended Hours for the ERC Package Distribution from 8/30/21 thru
9/10/21:
Monday through Friday – 7:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Closed Saturdays.
***NEW INCOMING STUDENTS: Please note we will be open for mailbox key distribution
on 8/26 & 8/27 on the first level of the Student Center from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days.
Package Distribution in the ERC & Student Mail Room services will also be available
during those times.
