Electronic Consent Coming to myCU in February!

Students: the U.S. Department of Education requires you to give consent for Clarkson University to communicate with you electronically (via email and myCU portal) regarding financial items. This includes, but is not limited to, information related to your FAFSA application and financial aid package, notices regarding invoices, and IRS 1098-T statements.

Students will notice a new “Task” listed on their Dashboard within myCU over February break. Please take a moment to submit your electronic consent response ASAP. For questions, please email sas@clarkson.edu

Please understand that if you do not grant consent, all financial information will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service to your permanent address, which may negatively impact your ability to receive future communications in a timely manner and delay financial aid processing.
