Moment of Mindfulness

The Student Health and Counseling Center will be offering a weekly 30 minute relaxation practices program starting the week after spring break, March 25, 2022  and continuing through the last week of classes, April 29, 2022.  This will take place on Fridays 1:15 – 1:45pm. Discover a different practice each week. Meetings will offer an opportunity for students to learn various mindfulness skills and share experiences and tips to help build capacity for greater stress resilience.
