The Institute for a Sustainable Environment is excited to announce that students can now compost at the Servery! Bins are located next to the trash can by the dish window. All food waste and napkins should be composted. Things that are not accepted are plastics including ketchup packets and cups, straws, cups, silverware, cling wrap and plastic to go boxes. Compost is collected by Whitten Family Farm preventing food waste from going into landfill and contributing to climate change.
