Electronic change of grade request

The Office of the Registrar is excited to announce that the change of grade form is now available electronically in myCU! (Thanks, OIT!!)
Faculty can find the form in a variety of places – choose the option that works best for you. 

  1. From your Faculty and Advisors homepage, click the Faculty Center tile. The link to the form will be in the left hand navigation.
  2. From the Campus Experience dashboard, click Toolkit and find the form in the drop-down menu.
  3. From your grade roster, click the Request Grade Change link in the grade roster grid.
  4. Or, navigate to the Navigator > Self Service > CU SAS Forms, and select CU Grade Change Request (PI).
