Total Body Fitness Class

Total Body Fitness Class: This class will have a little bit of everything; from the basics, to core strength, flexibility, balance, and low intensity interval training. We will combine previous classes into one, from Kettlebell to LIIT Class incorporating a total body workout. This is a perfect time to try out a new class!

Start Date: June 6, 2 week duration

Day/Time: M & W, 12:10-12:50pm

Cost: $35

Location: Back room of Deneka Fitness Center
