If you will be travelling on University business, make sure you check the balance on your One Card before leaving. If any adjustments need to be made to your spending limits, submit this request to Cinda Boyce (cboyce@clarkson.edu) before you leave.
Are you travelling out of New York State? If so, you should also notify M&T Bank at the number on the back of your One Card. Failure to do so will likely result in your card being declined while you are traveling.
Take these few critical steps before you leave to make your trip less stressful.
