As CUGSA we are excited to announce to graduate students that we have initiated a travel grant for all graduate students. This travel grant is for those who will be presenting in conferences and seek financial help to cover their expenses when they are not financially fully supported to attend the conference. We will call for applications two times an academic year. Travel awards are granted on first come first serve by the department and are limited by the budget allocated. Awardees will be notified via email. Awards will be only issued as a reimbursement so you need to present an expenditure receipt to get the award. This initial round of applications are for those whose travel is planned between February 1st 2023 – 31 June 2023. If you intend to travel and present in a conference at that time period, please fill out the application form by 20 th Feb 2023.
Eligibility
1. Be a full time graduate student in good standing at Clarkson
2. Must be presenting at a conference
