CU Athletic Department is offering a Free Total Body Fitness Class, Thursday, March 30 from 12:10-12:45pm

Class Title: Total Body Strength

If you’ve been on the fence with regard to trying out a fitness class at Clarkson, you are invited to sample one of our class offerings- free of charge!!

Exercises will include a mix of upper, lower and core exercises; with a focus on improved strength, balance, and mobility.

This sample class is open to employees, spouses of employees, and community members.

No pre-registration necessary!

Instructor: Kelly Norman

Location: Back room of Deneka Fitness Center. Please bring a change of clean, athletic shoes to enter.
