FACE MASK PURCHASES

Any purchases of PPE face masks by faculty or staff on behalf of a department, class, or lab must be reviewed and approved by Erica Arnold, Environmental Health & Safety Manager.  If purchased via an employee’s One Card, purchase approval can be documented by attaching the approval email chain with Erica to the related expense report or requisition.
