Fall 2019 Course Preparations Checklist

It’s that time! Time to ready Fall 2019 courses! Here is your reminder there is plenty to do, and your guide for getting it done.   

Faculty are encouraged to use this checklist of action items and resources on a timeline designed to help you get ready in time.

A reminder that the syllabus template linked in this checklist is the perfect place to start when crafting your syllabus. The template is jam packed with links to standard information that all syllabi must include – meaning you can sit back and enjoy the time you’ve saved when you use this template.  

Highlights for Fall 2019:

  • Checklist includes updated guidance for the new MyCU and adding your Moodle course through Faculty Center. 
  • Syllabus template updates: Netiquette guidelines and Library / citation resources are now available in easy to find links in the syllabus template.

Developing a New Online Course?

TLC Graduate Instructional Design Specialists are available to provide one-on-one consultations to assist and support you in developing new online courses. We will assist you with outlining your course, creating engaging materials and activities, building your course in Moodle and much more!
