Over the past week over 140 of you joined our first two open sessions related to restarting the strategic planning process – thank you! Your continued involvement in this process is critical as we move towards developing a strategic framework that underpins who we are as an educational institution. On the intranet site, Strategic Planning Intranet Site you will find meeting minutes, slides, and recordings from all meetings to date. Pages within the site also contain fillable feedback forms to provide you the opportunity to comment directly within the site.
This week we will facilitate a discussion around the question, What does it look like when Clarkson is doing its best? This forum will include an open discussion of Clarkson’s mission and vision with a goal of developing a shared perspective of the heart of Clarkson. This will help bridge the connection between mission,vision, and strategy.
As a reminder, open forum sessions are being held from noon-1:00pm on the following days using the same Zoom link for each session: https://clarkson.zoom.us/j/94492410102
