NEW TEXTBOOK ADOPTION PROCESS, LIVE NOW!
It’s that time again! Time to begin our Spring 2021 book adoption process!
I am excited to announce the launch of the Adoptions & Insights Portal, or AIP! Moving forward, this platform will be utilized by the University Bookstore to acquire your textbook adoptions. This tool allows professors and administrators to research, adopt and submit their own textbook requirements to the bookstore!
This system will help ensure accuracy based on what you submit and improve efficiency by the elimination of most emails!
How can you access AIP?
Answer:The link is set up as a tile on the ‘myCU for Faculty & Advisors’ homepage in PeopleSoft Student (myCU). All Faculty have access to this. When you click the ‘Barnes & Noble Textbooks’ tile it will open a new window to the url https://aip.bncollege.com/app/
Please see the attached introductory letter and UserGuide to help you get started. You can login to AIP with your Clarkson email information.
IMPORTANT: This is LIVE NOW, and we are hoping to get all adoptions in early so lets get started!.
IMPORTANT: Please remember, even if you do not have a required textbook for reasons such as the course listed is a lab, no textbook required, etc., there is an option under your course on the website that you have to click to let us know nothing is required for your course.
PLEASE NOTE: There is an option that states “I’d like to re-adopt from a past adoption”This option may not function until we get through the Spring 2021 semester and begin creating a history for your course. After that it will just be a click of a button!
