- Research Coffee Hour –
Come join Sponsored Research Services and the Chair for the Internal Research Advisory Committee for coffee hour and to learn more about an initiative underway to invest in faculty research teams toward increasing Clarkson’s research impact. We are seeking faculty input on the process. Join to see how you can compete for funding!

THEME: TEAM SCIENCE – an avenue
Drop-in coffee hour sessions with SRS will be held periodically, with varied research-focused themes. The next session will be held November 30th; monthly thereafter.
- The Provost has recently reconvened the University Academic Space Committee as a standing committee within the Administrative Council with the goal of making the most efficient use of academic space to further Clarkson’s mission of education and research. Membership consists of a representative from the physical plant, plus one faculty member from each school and one representative from EH&S, Budget & Planning, Research, OIT, Registrar, and Academic Affairs. The committee is chaired by the AVP for Research. A campus communication regarding the committee’s functions and charge is forthcoming in the December timeframe.
