Clarkson Employee Community,
New York State announced that persons age 60+ are now eligible for vaccination based on age starting today. The St. Lawrence County Public Health Department will be administering COVID-19 vaccinations on
- Thursday, March 11th from 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM at the Gouverneur Community Center 4673 NY-58, Gouverneur NY 13642 and on
- Friday, March 12th from 11AM – 12:30 PM at the Golden Dome in Ogdensburg, 1100 State Street, Ogdensburg NY 13662 for individuals in the following eligible groups:
1. Priority Group 1b Essential Workers
2. Individuals with Underlying Health Conditions
3. Age 60+

The attestation form is acceptable to receive these vaccinations.
Once you have received both vaccines (Pfizer or Moderna) or your initial vaccine (Johnson & Johnson), please provide Clarkson with your vaccine documentation. We believe it is important to have employees provide this information to Clarkson, based on conversations with our local medical experts about some restarting in-person activities, this information is useful in these deliberations. Please log into PeopleSoft -HR, on the home page you will see COVID Vaccine Proof. Please click on the icon and enter when you received your second shot of Pfizer or Moderna, or your initial Johnson & Johnson shot. Take a picture of your vaccine record and upload it.
This information will help with advocating for employees that have not yet been approved or employees who have been approved and have not been able to get appointments. Your vaccination information will not be shared with anyone except HR.
